Project — Curb Appeal, Sarasota
A plain concrete drive and empty foundation beds replaced with a curved paver driveway, specimen palms, and layered tropical beds — making the front of the house the best view on the street.
Plan & Scope
Driveway, walkway, and foundation beds were drawn as a single plan — paver pattern and border course laid out first, then palm placement to frame the entrance, then the bed curves and mulch finish.
Before
The old surface came out first — demo debris hauled off and the new pavers staged before a single course was set.
During the Build
Base prepped and compacted, pavers set course by course — then beds edged and mulched in behind.
After
Curved pavers, layered green, and a clean mulch line — the same house, a completely different first impression.
Planted young and framed to fill in — the beds thicken up over the first two seasons.
